1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made through Egypt Traumareise are subject to availability.
A booking is officially confirmed only after we send a formal confirmation email and receive the agreed-upon deposit or full payment.
Please ensure all passenger names and details provided match their passports.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are quoted in USD ($) (or Euro if specified) and are subject to change based on seasonal availability or government tax adjustments.
Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid, the price is guaranteed and will not change.

3. Payment Policy

We accept payments via [Credit Card / Bank Transfer / PayPal].
For multi-day tours and Nile Cruises, a deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due [e.g., 30 days] before the tour start date.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to be fair to both our clients and our local partners. Our cancellation fees are as follows:

30+ days before departure: Full refund (minus administrative/bank fees).
14 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
Less than 14 days before departure: No refund can be provided.
Note: Special events or peak season bookings (Christmas & New Year) may have specific non-refundable policies.

5. Itinerary Flexibility

Egypt Traumareise reserves the right to slightly modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, road closures, or government regulations). We guarantee that any changes will maintain the same level of quality and value for our guests.

6. Travel Insurance

For your safety and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

7. Conduct & Responsibility

We expect our guests to respect the local laws and cultural traditions of Egypt. Egypt Traumareise reserves the right to terminate the service for any guest whose behavior is disruptive or dangerous to themselves or others.

8. Limitation of Liability

Egypt Traumareise acts as an intermediary between travelers and hotels, transportation companies, and local guides. While we only work with the best partners, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage beyond our direct control.
